Today sees the launch of the latest Daft.ie Rental Report. There is a fine line between being consistent and being repetitive. But, at risk of repeating myself, the latest trends in the rental market — both in availability and on the cost of rents in the open market — confirm the fears I outlined at the time of the last report.
