Among the heaps of files and mounting deadlines on Ireland’s desk for the EU presidency, Michael McGrath wants to see the EU Inc proposal reach critical negotiations by year’s end. The proposed new EU-wide company registration, also known as the 28th regime, aims to help companies scale and raise capital more simply and faster.
