Cork Constitution, one of the country’s most successful rugby clubs, has said it has reviewed and updated its club policies after it apologised in the High Court recently to a parent upset about his treatment as a coach to an underage team. The prestigious club, which was founded in 1892, has circulated a letter of apology to its members.
