Mark O’Donnell has resigned as chief executive and director of one of Ireland’s biggest home builders, Richmond Homes. O’Donnell led until recently a hugely successful business that was investing €1.2 billion in building 3,500 houses and apartments across 16 sites. O’Donnell led the business since it was founded in 2014 until recent weeks. O’Donnell did not respond to a request for comment.
