Or inspector, Declan de Lacy, who has failed to pin down the company boss since he was appointed by the High Court on July 26 to investigate the affairs of the company.  Each, according to evidence presented to the court, has been met with a volley of excuses: about the crop plantations, about defaulting on returns to investors, and now about why he can’t meet for questioning or hand over the books…
