A busy year on the litigation front and a busier year in disputes and investigations with more of the same to come. That is the broad consensus in the litigation departments of Ireland’s major law firms when reviewing 2022, even if the latest annual breakdown of High Court data by The Currency shows the volume of new cases slid to its lowest point this century.
