The liquidators of a Dublin haulage company lodged a €12.4 million claim in “fraudulent trading” proceedings against its two former directors in the High Court on Monday, adding a €250,000 claim against a third respondent. Barrister Arthur Cunningham, instructed by Beauchamps Solicitors to represent joint liquidators Tom Murray of Friel Stafford and Tom Musiol of Musiol Advisory, sought permission to serve the respondents with legal papers by alternative means after they moved without leaving an address.
