The Wexford-centred group of meat factories comprising the Slaney Foods beef factory in Bunclody and the Irish Country Meats (ICM) sheep plants in Camolin and in Navan, Co Meath has just released its first financial results signed off personally by Larry Goodman. The beef baron became a director of the business in October 2021, then aged 84, following its gradual acquisition by Goodman’s ABP Food Group.
