When Herdwatch announced a “multi-million euro investment” led by Renatus Capital Partners mid-November, neither the Roscrea, Co Tipperary farm software company nor the Dublin private equity firm disclosed further details. New company information, however, shows that the funding round also includes direct involvement by a leading businessman in the region.
