Seamus Kearney has decided to “step back” as chief executive of Valeo, one of Ireland’s biggest food groups, after the business was acquired by Bain Capital in May 2021. In a statement this evening, Valeo Foods said that Ronald Kers, an experienced European food sector executive, will become chief executive of Valeo in the summer of 2023.
