A long-running dispute between investors in a shopping centre and BDO, the professional services firm, has taken a new turn in the High Court. The investors, who are the plaintiffs in the case, have been pursuing BDO for years over the shopping centre investment in the UK. The case went through the courts previously but collapsed in 2017.
