The family office of former Beauparc owner Eamon Waters has formally taken over and refinanced Huntstown Bioenergy Ltd, the subsidiary established by Energia to own and develop a green gas plant in north Dublin, new company information shows. The Currency revealed earlier this month that Waters’s investment firm Sretaw was closing in on a deal to acquire the delayed €50 million anaerobic digestion project.
