Irish communications technology company VoiceSage Global Holdings DAC has entered a Small Companies Administrative Rescue Process (Scarp) to restructure its debts. Accountant Ian Barrett, a managing director in the restructuring division of KPMG, was appointed as Scarp process advisor to the company on March 1, according to recent filings with the Companies Registration Office. Scarp is similar to the examinership process, but is designed to assist smaller companies.
