The Dublin company behind the health foods brand Fiid has entered a Small Companies Administrative Rescue Process (Scarp) following a decision by its board last Friday. Eat Feed Ltd has appointed David O’Connor of BDO as process adviser under the light insolvency scheme open to struggling companies under 50 employees, €12 million in revenue and €6 million on their balance sheet with the potential to remain viable.
