The family office of Inditex founder Amancio Ortega Gaona has made its debut into the Irish property market with a €101 million residential purchase. Pontegadea Investments, the holding company for Ortega’s business interests, has been on an international buying spree over the past year, spending heavily on real estate and investing in energy.
