Stripe’s annual letter has arrived, the moment when we get a quick peek at what’s going on at Ireland’s most successful start-up.  The main thing we learned was that transaction volume grew to $817 billion. Transaction volume is the most top-line of top-line numbers. It’s the value of payments handled by Stripe before merchants or credit cards get their cut.
