A High Court action has been lodged against veteran property developer Harry Crosbie, linked to a proposed hotel development beside his Vicar Street music venue. Development firm HITC Properties, controlled by the Moran family who owns the Red Cow Inn, has initiated summary judgment proceedings against the 75-year-old in pursuit of what is understood to be a substantial six-figure claim.
