Interpath Advisory, the financial advisory business, has held acquisition talks with well-known boutique accountancy firm Friel Stafford. Founded in 1994 by veteran accountant Jim Stafford, the Dublin firm is best known for its work in corporate recovery and insolvency but it also offers services including business valuation services and forensic accounting. The price that Interpath could potentially pay for the business is not known. Friel Stafford also advises people facing personal insolvency or bankruptcy.
