Never one to be coy, Victoria Homes, the developer of various residential projects around South Dublin and along the east coast, has made headlines over the years for publicly stating its grand ambitions to build 4,000 homes. Victoria was incorporated in 2012 and it is now ultimately owned by Paddy Byrne, the Kildare-based builder who went bankrupt more than a decade ago with debts exceeding €100 million.
