Nostra, the fast-growing IT services company led by Kevin O’Loughin, has acquired a Galway-based business, the first of four firms it hopes to acquire this year. Nosta has just closed the purchase of Passax Business Systems, a 20-year-old firm owned equally by Padraic Murphy and Liam McAllion. Following the deal, Nosta plans to combine Passax and its existing Galway business into an office in the Ballybrit Business Park.
