It’s second time unlucky for Dublin wealth manager Juerg von Geitz as the High Court has again struck out a lawsuit brought against the world-famous Swiss private bank Edmond de Rothschild. The case is one of several to arise from a 2011 contract companies owned by von Geitz signed, to refer high net-worth clients to the Rothschild bank which has more than €150 billion in assets under management.
