Meili Travel Technologies has been keeping a purposefully low profile since Mike McGearty and Bobby Healy, both Cartrawler alumni, founded it together in June 2021.  It was with determinedly little fanfare that the business closed a €8.3 million funding round late last month, bringing the start-up’s total funding to date to €15 million, according to documents filed with the Companies Registration Office. The Series A round was led by Schooner Capital, a Boston-based private investment firm, and Tribal Ventures, the Dublin-based venture capital firm.
