A Monegasque property investor has brought a €1.2 million summary debt case against a Waterford construction company after it allegedly supplied a “falsified and grossly misleading” building site progress report using doctored images. Businessman Louis Trudel advanced loans and signed a profit agreement with Carray Homes Unlimited last February to build 25 houses and six apartments at Adamstown, Kilmeaden for purchase by Waterford County Council.
