A former worker at Debenhams, the collapsed department store chain, has won a “well founded” victory in the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) that saw her awarded €2,280 after her complaints were upheld after a hearing. The case was taken by Jane Crowe with the support of the Mandate Trade Union in what is considered a test case for around 800 other former employees of the company.
