The Revenue Commissioners has lodged High Court proceedings against fashion retail chain, French Connection. The tax case was filed by collector general Joseph Howley on Thursday against the UK retail arm of the registered group which delisted from the London Stock Exchange in 2021 following a takeover and years of turbulent trading on the high street.
