Discount retailer EuroGiant traces its origins back to 1990 when Charlie O’Loughlin opened his first outlet on Moore Street in Dublin. Today, it has a network of 80 stores across the island (it trades as Pound Giant in the North) and also has a major business wholesaling novelty goods, household goods and confectionary to other retailers from its distribution centre in Ballymount, west Dublin.
