Irish communications technology company VoiceSage Global Holdings DAC has restructured its debts and emerged from a Small Companies Administrative Rescue Process (Scarp). An offer for the business was made just before the appointment of accountant Ian Barrett, a managing director in the restructuring division of KPMG, as process advisor (PA) to the company on March 1. Barrett reviewed various expressions of interest in investing in the business before accepting the offer made prior to his appointment.
