Seventeen years after it was founded, Rainmaker Business Technologies, the Dublin-based flight crew pay and analytics firm, was last week sold for an upfront figure of €10 million plus an earnout. The sale to German-based airline fuel and cost management software firm Skymetrix was announced publicly last Thursday but the price was not then disclosed.
