The accountant Kieran Wallace of Interpath Advisory has been appointed as interim examiner to two companies controlled by Stephen Dunne, the son of the well-known property developer Sean Dunne. Wallace was appointed by the commercial division of the High Court as interim examiner of two related companies Aterna Lee Ltd (ALL) and Aterna Developments Ltd (ADL). The accountant is advised by Graham Kenny of Eversheds Sutherland, the commercial law firm. The companies were represented by Crowley Miller and barrister Ross Gorman in court yesterday.
