The Dublin-based international energy services company GridBeyond is this Monday announcing the acquisition of the energy business of Veritone, an US-listed artificial intelligence provider. The deal is understood to be worth in the millions of euro and will see Veritone’s 25-strong energy team in the US and Vietnam join GridBeyond’s 125 existing staff.
