Damages of around €9 million are being sought in a High Court action over allegedly defective concrete supplied in the construction of an “iconic” new office build off St Stephen’s Green in Dublin, it has emerged. According to the brochure the nine-storey Greenside Building on Cuffe Street, expected to have a €51 million price tag on completion, is all about offering “contemporary elegance” with the sense of quality “immediately apparent”.
