From 10 am today, a group of criminal law barristers will withdraw their services from the Criminal Courts of Justice and courthouses across the country in a row over fees. The walkout entitled A Celebration of Failure II follows on from a day of similar action in May attended by more than 70 practitioners and earlier protests.
