Belfast-born developer Patrick Kearney may have settled his damages suit against Davy stockbrokers, but the legal fallout from the sale of his Anglo Irish Bank bonds continues. Donal O’Mahony, former global strategist with the broker and one of the so-called “Davy 16” consortium of ex-staff accused in that case of secretly profiting from the deal, has lodged an anti-suit injunction against Kearney’s advisors at the time, LeBruin Private.
