Concert promoter Peter Aiken of Aiken Promotions and his wife Mary have launched High Court proceedings against their neighbours, Riverdance creators John McColgan and Moya Doherty. The move comes nearly six years after the Aikens bought Howth coastal mansion Danes Hollow for €8.2 million from the showbusiness duo. The modern five-bedroom property came to market with an indoor swimming pool, over three acres of terraced gardens overlooking the sea by Baily lighthouse, and a €9.5 million price tag.
