International packaging firm ProAmpac is suing Moveblock for more than €7 million following the acquisition of its Donegal-based subsidiary Euroflex Teoranta for an undisclosed sum two years ago. The takeover of the protein packaging products supplier to the Irish meat, cheese, and dairy industries was hailed at the time as an exciting addition to ProAmpac’s global business.
