Like the virus itself, recent High Court filings show Covid-era retail rent arrears disputes have not fully gone away. In the past week, Dundrum Town Centre has lodged summary judgment suits against three well-known on-site eateries, Eddie Rockets, Wagamama, and Douglas & Kaldi. The cases are being brought by Dundrum Retail Limited Partnership and Dundrum Town Centre Management Ltd, entities owned by British property development and investment giant Hammerson.
