The brief drive through Argent-sur-Sauldre quickly reveals that the main business in the small central French town is an unassuming 1960s industrial building like so many others around the country. Unusually, however, an Irish flag is among those flying outside. A tour inside the factory further reveals that this is not your average rural French SME. My ID is checked at reception.
