Entrepreneur and former RTE executive Frances Abeton is facing a fresh legal battle with a US backer over property investments in Ireland after a securities suit against her was struck out in Illinois earlier this year. Abeton, the former director of operations and production services at RTÉ, is one of a number of parties named as defendants in a newly filed High Court case by Chicago-based attorney and former PwC partner Reena Reynolds.
