The accountancy firm PWC has identified a number of serious financial issues in the Peter McVerry Trust that threaten the future of one of Ireland’s best-known homeless and housing charities. PWC completed its draft report on September 14, 2023, and the Department of Housing has been alerted of the solvency fears raised by PWC among other concerns about its finances.
