The Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) has appointed inspectors to the well-known homelessness and housing charity the Peter McVerry Trust. The move comes after the accountancy firm PWC completed a draft report into the charity on September 14, 2023 that raised serious concerns about its solvency and concluded that the charity could run out of cash by the end of this month.
