Companies linked to property developer Greg Kavanagh are being sued by alternative lender Lotus over financing for a proposed Dublin residential build. High Court proceedings were lodged earlier this week against New Generation Construction Ltd, which Kavanagh beneficially owns. Also listed as defendants are his brother and sister in law Hugh and Julie Kavanagh and their company Simlur Ltd. The newly filed action by Lotus Decalia and Lotus subsidiary Emerald Sky 2 Dac is understood to relate to specific performance of a contract.
