Northern Ireland’s biggest private hospital group, which also owns a hospital in Sligo, is being put up for sale in a transaction that could be valued at over £300 million (€347 million). PWC in London has been appointed to try and sell the successful hospital group called Kingsbridge Healthcare Group which has four hospitals and 11 clinical facilities. The group uniquely operates in both the North and the Republic, where it provides a broad range of acute care services. It has annual revenues of £150 million, and its ebitda is about £30 million.
