A potential new investor may step in to bail out troubled fit out builder Mac Interiors from examinership, the High Court has heard. Examiner Kieran Wallace of Interpath Advisory has been granted until 2pm tomorrow to put a revised rescue plan for the company before the court, after Justice Michael Quinn rejected his original scheme following objections by the Revenue Commissioners. The High Court judgment, published Monday morning, was circulated to the parties on Friday evening.
