Just weeks before the revamped Clerys building on O’Connell Street opens for Christmas, a chain clothes retailer has pulled out from a €1.2 million annual lease agreement at the store, the High Court has been told. Landlord Oces Property Holdings is suing UK brand Heatons Ltd, trading as Flannels, for alleged wrongful termination of an agreement for a lease of a large retail unit.
