Finally, it ends. Mac Interiors, the fit-out firm that racked up losses of €27 million, has gone bust after a protracted examinership and a failed eleventh-hour rescue gambit. The High Court appointed Aiden Murphy of Crowe Ireland as liquidator after lawyers for examiner Kieran Wallace confirmed all options of patching together a modified scheme of arrangement for the company had expired.
