Jacqui Safra, the multi-millionaire Swiss-Lebanese businessman who co-owns Parknasilla Hotel in Co Kerry, signed an affidavit of confession in the US admitting he owed a debt funder $192 million (€179 million) on foot of a personal guarantee, the Commercial Court has been told.
