Two prominent sites in Co Wicklow must be removed from the local authority’s proposed residential land tax net after it failed to replace local zoning plans that expired in 2019. Roadstone Ltd and the Congregation of Dominican Sisters separately appealed Wicklow County Council’s decision to include sites they own in Blessington and Wicklow Town respectively in its residential-zoned land tax (RZLT) map.
