An interim examiner has been appointed to a group of restaurants in Cork and Limerick three working days after a Swedish fund, owed €27.3 million, put the businesses into receivership. At a late sitting of the High Court on Tuesday evening, Ms Justice Eileen Roberts granted an ex parte (one side only) petition by a related Maltese entity Marylebone Taverns Holdings to afford the seven affected companies temporary court protection.
