AIB and Bank of Ireland have appointed a receiver over a number of significant commercial property assets owned by Ronan Group Real Estate Holdings Ltd (RGREH Ltd) after the property development company entered a consensual restructuring process with its banks to manage the refinancing of certain property assets.
