This week the billionaire JP McManus made the kind of splash only a whale can with a €32 million donation to be split between each of Ireland’s GAA county boards. The money from the JP McManus Charitable Foundation is to be divided equally between the clubs in each county and incorporates the GAA, the LGFA, and the Camogie Association.
